Install Calbil on your phone

Calbil works in any phone browser. Added to your home screen, it opens full screen like an app, without the browser's address bar.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open app.calbil.com in Chrome and log in.
2. On the Dashboard, tap Install app in the "Install Calbil on your phone" card.
3. Calbil's icon appears on your home screen. Open Calbil from there.

No card? Use Chrome's menu (⋮) → Install app or Add to Home screen.

iPhone (Safari)

1. Open app.calbil.com in Safari and log in. Other browsers, and the WhatsApp or Facebook in-app browsers, can't add it.
2. Tap Share at the bottom, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.

The card on the Dashboard shows these steps. Tap ✕ (Not now) to hide it for 7 days.

Using Calbil on a phone

• Bottom tabs: Home, Quotes, the big + for a new quote, Clients and More (vendors, rates, hotels, team, settings, billing — what your role allows).
• Lists such as Room, Hotel and City open from the bottom of the screen.
• On a quote, the bar at the bottom has the total, Copy link and WhatsApp.
• In the installed app, pull a page down to refresh it (not on New Quote, so nothing you typed is lost).

Calbil needs the internet. Quotes, clients and costs always load from the server and are never saved on the phone; without internet you see a "You're offline" page.
