Terms of Service

These terms apply to calbil.com and the Calbil app at app.calbil.com (together, “Calbil”), provided by Calbil (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Calbil you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Calbil for an agency, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Calbil is software for Umrah travel agencies: you enter your vendors' rates, and Calbil calculates and formats quotes for your clients and lets you share them by link, PDF or WhatsApp.

Calbil is not a travel agency. We do not sell Umrah packages, hotels, visas, tickets or transport, and we are not part of any deal between you, your vendors and your clients.

• The person who signs up becomes the owner of the agency account and is responsible for it.
• On Premium, the owner can invite managers and agents and can remove them at any time.
• Keep your login details safe and give accurate information. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your agency account, including what your team members do.

• Free: 10 quotes and 25 new clients a month, owner only.
• Premium: PKR 7,500 a month or PKR 75,000 a year, with 300 quotes and 300 new clients a month and up to 10 team members. The current price is always shown on your Billing page; a price change never affects a payment you have already made.
• Premium is paid in advance by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. You upload the payment screenshot on the Billing page and Premium is switched on once we have checked the payment.
• No refunds: payments for Premium are not refundable, including for unused time.
• If Premium is not renewed, the agency moves to Free at the end of the paid period. Your data is kept; team members other than the owner lose access until Premium is renewed.
• Partner promo codes and offers apply as shown when you use them and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Your agency's data (vendors, rates, clients and quotes) belongs to you. We use it only to run and support Calbil, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm you are allowed to store your clients' and vendors' details in Calbil and to contact them.
• On Premium, the owner can export the agency's data. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Calbil calculates quotes from the rates, exchange rate and markup you enter. You are responsible for keeping them up to date and for checking every quote before you send it. A quote is an offer from your agency to your client, not from Calbil, and Calbil does not confirm availability with any hotel, airline or vendor.

You must not:

• use Calbil for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent, or to send spam;
• try to access another agency's data or any part of Calbil you have not been given access to;
• probe, scan or test Calbil's security, or overload or disrupt the service;
• copy, resell or rebuild Calbil, or share one login between several people.

We work to keep Calbil running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something you rely on, we will try to tell you in advance.

You can stop using Calbil at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or uses Calbil unlawfully. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

Calbil is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost bookings, lost profit or prices quoted from incorrect rates, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Calbil in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will let account owners know. Using Calbil after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
