Most Umrah quotes are still put together by hand. Vendor rates arrive as WhatsApp messages, get copied into a spreadsheet, and every client request means finding the right hotel rate, checking it is still valid, converting riyals to rupees and working out the markup again.

That takes time the client does not wait for, and one wrong rate can turn a booking into a loss. Calbil does that work in seconds, from the agency's own rates, so the team can spend its time talking to clients instead of doing sums.

• A rate book for every vendor, with validity dates and alerts before rates expire.
• The cheapest valid rate picked for each part of the trip, or a vendor's fixed-date package.
