Questions about Calbil features

Which services can I price in Calbil?

Makkah and Madinah hotels, Umrah visa, air tickets (direct or connecting), transport by route or full trip, ziyarat by bus or private vehicle, and your vendors’ ready fixed-date packages.

Can Calbil pick the cheapest hotel for me?

Yes. On Premium, choose "Best rate" for a stay and Calbil picks the cheapest valid hotel within your distance limit. On every plan you can choose the hotel yourself and Calbil prices it from your vendors’ rates.

How does Calbil handle children and infants?

Rooms are worked out from adults and children; infants take no bed. Where a vendor sets child or infant prices, Calbil uses them, otherwise the adult price applies.

Can I show a per-person price or a breakdown?

Yes. Each quote can show one total, a per-person price, or a service-wise breakdown, and you can switch after saving.

Does Calbil send WhatsApp messages by itself?

No. Calbil prepares the message and the quote link, and WhatsApp opens with the client’s number. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Can my agents see vendor names or my profit?

No. Agents see only the client price. Vendor names, costs and profit are for the owner and managers, and this is enforced in the database.
