Create an Umrah quote step by step

Click New Quote at the top of the sidebar. The preview on the right shows what the client will see and updates as you type.

1. Client and travellers

Pick an existing client or add a new one (name and WhatsApp number). Set adults, children and infants — see Travellers and ages.

2. Trip

New Quote trip section: departure and return dates, persons per room, departure and landing city, and a hotel stay per city with nights

Departure and return dates. The title becomes "N Days Umrah Package".
Persons per room: double (2), triple (3), quad (4) or quint (5). Rooms needed = adults + children divided by this, rounded up. Infants take no bed.
Departure city (Pakistan), landing city and return from (Saudi Arabia).
Stays: Makkah and Madinah in any order, up to 6 stays. Hotel nights always add up to the trip's nights; changing one stay moves nights to the others.
Hotel per stay: choose a hotel, or Best rate (auto) (Premium) to let Calbil pick the cheapest valid hotel, optionally within a distance from the Haram.

3. Services

New Quote services: visa, transport, air ticket and ziyarat with filters for vehicle, ziyarat by bus or private, airline and direct or connecting flight

Tick visa, transport, air ticket and ziyarat. Filters narrow the choice: sharing or private transport and vehicle, ziyarat by bus or private vehicle, airline, direct or connecting flight.

4. Pricing

Calbil picks the cheapest rate that is valid for the actual dates of each service, from all your vendors. You can choose another rate per line, with a reason. See Pricing, markup and display.

5. Save

Press Save Quote. The quote gets a number like CB-2026-0001 and is saved as a draft. Next: Share it with the client.

If a needed service has no valid rate for those dates, Save is blocked and the line says what is missing. Add or renew the vendor rate, or untick the service.
