Fill a quote from the client's WhatsApp message
Paste the client's message in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu and press Fill the form: travellers, dates, nights, room and services are filled for you.

How to use it
- On New Quote, paste the client's message into Client's message (up to 1,500 characters).
- Press Fill the form.
- Green chips show what was read. Amber notes ask you to check something.
- Check the form below and complete anything missing, such as hotels.
What it understands
English, Urdu script and Roman Urdu, including Urdu digits, for example:
- "4 adults, 2 bachay" · "15 nov se 15 din" (15 days = 14 nights)
- "makkah 8 raat madinah 6 raat" or "Makkah 5N Madinah 4N Makkah 3N"
- "quad" / "char bed", "karachi se", "PIA", "direct"
- "visa + transport", "ticket nahi", "bina ziyarat"
- a phone number (selects the client if they are already in your list)
- children's ages ("umar 5 saal aur 13 saal") — sorted by airline rules, see Travellers and ages
- a budget, kept as a note only
The message is read in your browser: nothing is sent to an AI service. It is saved with the quote so you can see what the client asked.
In vendor package mode only travellers and the client are filled: dates and hotels come from the package.
