Share a quote on WhatsApp, as a link or PDF
Send the quote on WhatsApp, copy its private link or download the branded PDF. Sharing marks the quote Sent, and you see when the client opens it.

Open the quote. The Share with client panel has every option.

Ways to share
- Send on WhatsApp: opens WhatsApp with the client's number and a ready message with the link (needs the client's phone).
- Copy link: copies the private quote link to paste anywhere.
- View PDF / Download: the branded one-page PDF.
- Preview client page: see exactly what the client sees.
Sharing a draft by WhatsApp or link marks it Sent.
What the client sees

Your logo, name and colour, the trip, hotels with dates, inclusions and the price — never vendor names or costs. The link is private (a long random code) and stays open until the quote's valid-until date. After that the client sees an "expired" notice with your contact details.

When the client opens the link, the quote turns Viewed (you and your team opening it don't count).
