Follow up with clients on WhatsApp
Send a ready Roman Urdu follow-up on WhatsApp for quotes that were not opened, viewed without a reply or about to expire. Tracking is Premium.

Open quotes (sent or viewed) show a green Follow up on WhatsApp or Remind on WhatsApp button on the quote page, quote cards and client cards.
The message
WhatsApp opens with the client's number and a short Roman Urdu message that fits the quote:
- Not opened: a polite reminder with the link.
- Viewed, no reply: asks if they want any changes, with the link.
- Expiring in 2 days or less: a validity reminder with the link.
- Expired: offers fresh rates, without the link (it no longer opens).
Nothing is sent automatically: you read the message and press send in WhatsApp. The status does not change.
Tracking (Premium)
On Premium, each follow-up is logged: cards show "Followed up 2d ago · 2×", the dashboard lists Today's follow-ups, and the Quotes list has a Needs follow-up filter. On Free, the WhatsApp message still opens but nothing is logged.
