Quote status: draft, sent, viewed, accepted and lost
What each quote status means, how it changes, and how to mark a quote accepted or lost or reopen it.

The statuses
- Draft: saved, not shared yet.
- Sent: shared by WhatsApp or link.
- Viewed: the client opened the link.
- Accepted: the client booked. Mark it yourself.
- Lost: the client went elsewhere or cancelled. Mark it yourself.
Changing the status
On the quote page, under Status, press Accepted or Lost once a quote is sent or viewed. Changed your mind? Re-open quote puts an accepted or lost quote back to Sent.
The status timeline shows when the quote was created, sent, viewed and decided. Accepted and lost dates feed the team's win rate.
Agents can change their own quotes; managers and the owner can change all quotes.
