Sign up and get your agency approved
Create your Calbil account with email or Google, send your agency details, and start quoting once the Calbil team approves your agency.

Create your account
- Open app.calbil.com/signup.
- Sign up with your email and a password (at least 10 characters), or tap Sign up with Google.
- With email, open the confirmation email from Calbil and click the link.
You become the owner of a new agency. Every sign-up starts its own agency: to join an existing agency, ask its owner for an invite link instead (see Invite your team).
Send your agency details for review
Every new agency is checked by the Calbil team before it can use the app. After your first login you see a short form:
- Agency name
- Owner name
- WhatsApp number
- City
Press Send for review. You'll hear back from the team; until then the app stays locked. You can message the team on WhatsApp from the same page.
If your agency is not approved, the page shows the reason. Reply on WhatsApp if something needs fixing.
After approval
Log in again and you land on the Dashboard with a setup checklist. Start with Agency settings, then add your first vendor.
