Add a vendor and choose its services

Add each supplier you buy from, tick the services they provide, and add their rates. Vendors and costs are private to owners and managers.

Add the vendor

Open Vendors.
Under Add vendor, type the name, phone / WhatsApp (optional) and the cities they work from.
Press Add vendor. The vendor's page opens.

Choose services and add rates

Tick what this vendor provides — hotel, visa, transport, air ticket, ziyarat, package — and press Save services. A section appears for each service, where you add its rates (see the guides below).

Good to know

Agents never see vendors, vendor phones or costs.
Deactivate a vendor to stop using their rates without deleting them. Deleting keeps saved quotes' prices.
Vendor cards show how many rates are expiring or expired.
