Add transport rates
Price transfers city to city or the full Umrah trip, per vehicle or per person, sharing or private. Calbil uses the cheaper of the two on each quote.

Steps
- On the vendor's page, under Transport, click Add transport rates.
- Rate covers: Routes (city → city), for example Jeddah → Makkah, or Full Umrah trip (all transfers).
- Type: sharing, private or not specified. Charged: per vehicle or per person.
- Type a SAR price under each vehicle you offer. Add more routes with + Add route.
- Set validity dates and press Save transport rates.
How it is used on a quote
Calbil builds the legs from the itinerary (landing airport → first hotel → … → return airport), prices each leg from route rates (either direction), compares the total with the best full-trip rate, and uses the cheaper. Vehicles needed come from the seat count.
