Renew rates for a new season
Copy a vendor's rates to new dates in one form and change only the prices that moved. Expired and ending rates are ticked for you.

Steps
- On the vendor's page, open Renew rates for a new season.
- Check the new valid from and valid to dates. Calbil suggests the day after the latest end date, for as long as the last season.
- Tick the rates to copy. Expired and ending-soon rates come ticked; use All, Expired + ending soon or None.
- Type a new SAR price only where it changed — blank keeps the old price.
- Optional: Pause the old rates (leave it off if the old season is still running).
- Press Create new rates.
Hotel, route, vehicle, airline, city and note are copied. Packages are not renewed here — add a new package with its new dates.
Add-rate forms also remember the vendor's latest validity dates, so a new rate starts with the same season.
