Add hotel rates
Enter one price per room per night in SAR for each hotel, with validity dates. Calbil works out rooms from the travellers and persons per room.

Steps
- On the vendor's page, under Hotels, click Add hotel rates.
- Choose Makkah or Madinah.
- Pick a hotel and type the room price per night in SAR. Use + Add another hotel for more hotels in one go.
- Set Valid from and Valid to, and an optional note (for example "with breakfast").
- Press Save hotel rates.
How hotel prices are used
- One price per room per night. On a quote, persons per room (double, triple, quad, quint) decides how many rooms: adults + children ÷ persons per room, rounded up.
- A rate must cover every night of the stay. A stay that crosses two seasons gets no automatic rate — pick one by hand on the quote.

Each saved rate has edit, pause and delete buttons.
