Hotel distances and requesting a missing hotel
Set your own distance, walking or shuttle access and stars for each hotel, shown on your quotes, and ask Calbil to add a hotel that isn't listed.

Your hotel details
Calbil has a shared list of Makkah and Madinah hotels. On Hotels, owners and managers can add the agency's own details per hotel:
- Distance from the Haram (metres)
- Access: walking or shuttle
- Stars
Click Add your details on a card. Blank fields use Calbil's default. Your details appear on your quotes and are used by the max-distance filter of the automatic hotel pick (Premium).
Use the Makkah / Madinah tabs, search, and chips such as No details yet or In your vendor rates.
Request a missing hotel
At the bottom of the page, send the hotel's name and city. The Calbil team checks it and adds it to the list, or replies with a note (for example when it is already listed under another name).
