Send 2–3 options on one linkPremium
Give a client Economy, Standard and Premium choices on one link. They compare them side by side and accept one; the others close by themselves.
Updated 30 Oct 2026 · Needs the Premium plan
Some clients want to see more than one price: a closer hotel, a bigger room, or a shorter trip. On Premium you can add up to three options for the same client and send them together.
Add an option
- Save the first quote as usual. It becomes Option A.
- On the quote page, in the Options for the client panel, press Add another option.
- The New Quote form opens with the same client and trip. Give the option a name, for example Economy or Premium, and change what is different: hotels, room, services or dates.
- Press Save Quote. Prices come from today's rates, like any new quote.
Repeat for a third option. You can rename an open option on its quote page. A group of options counts as one quote in your monthly count.
Share it
Share any of the options, by WhatsApp or link: the client's link shows all of them. Sharing one draft marks every option Sent, and when the client opens the link they all turn Viewed.
What the client sees
- A Compare options table: total price, trip dates, the hotel of each stay, room and services, side by side.
- One tab per option with its full details and its own Accept button.
- The PDF starts with a comparison page, then one page per option.
When the client accepts
The option they accept turns Accepted (shown as Client accepted), and the other options turn Lost with the reason "Client chose …". You see it at once and the consultant gets an email. If it was a mistake, press Re-open quote on the accepted option: the options it closed open again.
Agents add options to their own quotes. On the Free plan the panel shows Options as a Premium feature; the client's Accept button works on every plan.
