Roles: what owners, managers and agents can see
Owners see everything, managers run vendors and all quotes, agents create quotes and see only the client price. Enforced on the server.

Owner
Everything: settings, branding, billing, team, vendors, rates, all quotes and clients, costs, markup and profit.
Manager
- Vendors, rates, packages and the rate book
- All quotes and all clients
- Sees vendor costs and profit
- Changes the markup on a quote only if the owner allows it in Settings
Agent
- Creates quotes and their own clients
- Sees only their own quotes and clients
- Sees the client price only — never vendor names, vendor costs or markup
- Always uses the agency's default markup
These rules are enforced by Calbil's server and database, not just hidden on screen.
