Quote a vendor package

Steps

1. On New Quote, choose Vendor package under Trip.
2. Packages on offer for your departure city appear as cards: dates, hotels, included services and the price per adult by room type.
3. Click a package, and a room type on its card.
4. Set the travellers and client, check the price, and Save Quote.

The quote takes the package's dates, route, hotels and services. If you choose a different departure or landing city than the package's, the form shows an error and Save is blocked.

Good to know

• Agents see package prices with the agency's default markup only, never the vendor's price.
• A fixed-date package matches only its own departure.
• On the client's quote, inclusions show as "Included"; the client sees one package price.
