Free
- 10 quotes and 25 new clients a month
- Owner only, no team
- Vendors, rates and packages, quotes with the hotels you choose
- Paste or speak the client's message
- Branded PDF, quote link and WhatsApp sharing; see when the client opens the quote
Premium
PKR 7,500 a month, or PKR 75,000 a year (2 months free):
- 300 quotes and 300 new clients a month
- Up to 10 team members (managers and agents)
- Best rate (auto) hotel pick
- Team performance, best-price compare, follow-up tracking
- Backup & export, your agency website, feature requests
- No "Quote made with Calbil" line on quotes
The full, current list is on Billing, along with this month's usage. Limits reset on the 1st (Pakistan time).
If Premium ends, your data stays; team members lose access until it is renewed, and the owner can still log in to renew.
