Back up and export your dataPremium
Download your quotes, clients, vendors, rates and team as Excel-ready CSV files in one zip, for any date range.

In Settings → Backup & export (owner, Premium):
- Choose a range: this month, last 3 months, this year, all time, or your own From / To dates.
- Press Download Backup.
You get a .zip with CSV files that open in Excel:
- quotes (with vendor cost, markup and profit) and quote lines
- clients
- vendors and rates
- team
- a README
Quotes and clients follow the dates you chose; vendors, rates and team are the current lists.
The file contains costs and client phone numbers. Keep it private.
